Q. Who can purchase from this website?

A. This website is designed for all customers over 18 years of age.

Q. How long have you been in business?

A. We have been buying and selling knives for 25 years. In 2003 we started exporting and selling our products online.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we export orders daily. This website will calculate your international shipping or you can call us at (989) 365-3084 for a shipping quote.

Q. What shipping methods do you use?

A. Packages within the United States will be shipped USPS or UPS depending on which service is more efficient for our customers.

International packages are estimated on this website to ship Priority Airmail.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. United States residents could take 5 to 10 business days. At the time you place your order, it takes us 2 to 3 days to receive your items from our distributor. When we receive your items, they are shipped immediately to you and take about 3 to 5 days to arrive. You will receive shipping and tracking information via email, if email address is provided at time of order, as soon as your items are shipped so that you can accurately track you package at anytime.

International packages could take up to 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. We receive your items from our distributor 2 -3 days after your order is placed. Shipping information with tracking number is sent via email as soon as the shipment leaves our shop so that you can track your package in route at any time.

Q. Is my personal information secure?

A. Yes, we have provided this website with Paypal payment services to ensure that your information is entirely secure throughout the entire order process.

Q. Do you offer discounted pricing?

A. Yes, we will gladly discount your order each time you need a large quantity of items or need to place a large order. Please see our Discounted Pricing page for more information.

Q. Is there tax on my order?

A. We MUST collect 6% sales tax at the time of purchase for all Michigan residents by law.  If you live outside of Michigan no sales tax will be charged on your order. Please be advised that if you are a Michigan resident and do not choose the proper tax option (Michigan Residents Only) during the Check Out process, you will still be charged Michigan Sales Tax.

Q. Can you bill my own UPS account?

A. Yes, we can set up your UPS account to be billed for your package(s) so that you can apply any discounted pricing you have with UPS. Please call us with your UPS account number or attach it in the notes section of your secure order with instructions stating you would like us to bill your UPS account for shipping charges.

Q. Can you ship directly to my customer?

A. Yes we can dropship upon request at no additional charge. Please make sure to include all information in the notes section of your order when ordering online or call us at the time you place your order with the dropship instructions and information.

Q. Do you offer express shipping?

A. We are more concerned with quality of shipment than express shipping to keep our shipping rates as low as possible for our customers. If you would prefer a different shipping method, please call us for an accurate shipping quote.

Q.  What is your return policy?

A. Any factory defect item will be replaced or refunded, per the customers request, at no additional charge. Non defective merchandise returned to us will be subject to a restocking fee. This policy pertains only to merchandise received by us in its original condition and within a 30 day period of your invoice date. Items received after the 30 days from the invoice date will be rated at our discretion. Please review our terms and conditions for more information.

Q. Are your products brand new?

A. Yes, all of our products are brand new unless otherwise stated in the item's description as a factory second, etc.

Q. What does bulk packed mean?

A. Often in the description of an item you will see that it is stated that the item is bulk packed. This means the manufacture packaging of the product is not provided for individual units but rather packaged with multiple units.

Q. What does boxed mean?

A. Often in the description of an item you will see that it is stated that the item is boxed. This means each product is packaged in an individual box from the manufacture.

Q. What does clam packed mean?

A. Clam packed packaging is often found in the description of an item which means each product is packaged from the manufacture designed to hang on a hook or peg board. This is a great display feature for customers looking to resell the items in their store.

Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Q. Can I automate my orders?

A. Yes if you need the same products delivered on a regular schedule please call us and we will set this up for you.

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. Simply put, we will not sell, trade, loan or in anyway share customer data with any person, company, or organization. Period. We only use your personal information to process your order.

Q. What if my items get confiscated by customs?

A. The buyer, not the seller, assumes all risk of confiscation. Please check your local regulations prior to purchase to avoid confiscation. To learn more, please visit our Terms and Conditions page.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. United States residents may use Paypal, credit cards, money orders, and personal check. (please note: products will not ship until the check has cleared).

Customers outside of the United States may use Paypal and international money orders in U.S. currency.

Q. Can you ship to a PO Box or APO, AE addresses.
